How we work

One way in, across four divisions.

You don't have to buy the whole relationship on day one. Every IDZY engagement, in any of the four divisions, follows the same three-tier model: start with a short diagnostic, move to hands-on delivery once the work is defined, and retain us only when the value is proven.

Why one model

Bring in a different adviser for each problem and you inherit four mandates, four reporting styles and four ways of being worked with.

IDZY runs one engagement model across all four divisions. What changes between them is the subject matter; the way in, the standards and the reporting stay put. A governance question and an operational one start the same way, which is what lets a growing business treat IDZY as one partner rather than four suppliers who happen to share a name.

The three-tier engagement model

Diagnostic

A short, fixed-scope engagement to assess the specific problem before anyone commits to more. You get a clear read of what's actually going on and a recommendation on whether to go further and how. Low commitment by design: it's how we both find out whether there's a fit before the stakes rise.

Embedded Delivery

Once the diagnostic has defined the work, IDZY executes it hands-on: inside the business, alongside your team, on a defined scope. The work gets done rather than written up, whether that's running a board rhythm, delivering a program, shipping a build, or running the workplace.

Retained Advisory

An ongoing relationship once trust is established, for clients who want continuity rather than one-off engagements: a standing line to counsel, oversight and delivery capacity across whichever divisions you draw on, so the next decision or piece of work has someone who already knows the business.

What stays the same, whichever division you engage

Method before headcount. What makes the work dependable is a clear, deliberate process: diagnose, deliver, retain. It is not a claim about how big the team is. We start small on purpose, so the relationship earns each step. And every decision stays yours. IDZY sharpens the thinking and carries the delivery, while the mandate stays with your people. That discipline holds across Advisory, Capability, Technology and Enablement alike.

The first step is always a short diagnostic.

Bring us the decision, the capability gap, the build or the operational problem. We'll scope the diagnostic around it, with the boundaries set before you commit.
