Capability
Teams and individuals who can execute, not just a diagnosis of
what's wrong.
The challenge
A good plan is not the hard part. Most businesses know roughly what needs to
change; where it breaks down is the day-to-day capability to carry it. Managers
promoted for being good operators who were never shown how to lead. Teams handed a
new process with no one to build the habit. Leaders carrying decisions they have no
one to think them through with.
Advice alone doesn't close that gap. IDZY's Capability division builds the skill
and judgement into the people who have to do the work, so a change survives after
the consultant leaves and the business gets steadier rather than more dependent.
Core capabilities
Corporate Training
Structured programs for teams, built around the work they actually do rather
than generic content. Delivered on-site in the flow of the business, or from
IDZY's purpose-fit-out studios in Ringwood when a group benefits from stepping
out of the day-to-day. Designed to leave a repeatable capability behind, not
just a good day in a room.
Executive & Team Coaching
One-on-one and small-group coaching for leaders and the people around them: a
steady, confidential line of counsel for the calls that don't have an obvious
answer, and for the managers stepping up into more than they've done before.
Focused on judgement and habit, so the growth stays with the person.
How we work
The same three-tier engagement model runs
across every IDZY division. Here is how it applies to Capability.
Diagnostic
A short, fixed-scope read of where capability is actually the constraint:
which teams, which roles, and whether the gap is skill, structure, or
confidence. You get a clear recommendation before committing to a program.
Embedded Delivery
IDZY runs the training or coaching hands-on: a program built for your people,
delivered on a cadence, with the manager kept in the loop so the new habit is
reinforced on the job rather than left in the training room.
Retained Advisory
An ongoing coaching and capability relationship once trust is established: a
standing line for leaders and a rolling development rhythm for teams, for
clients who want continuity rather than one-off sessions.
